By accessing or using MintScribe ("the Service"), provided by MintScribe LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use any part of the Service.
MintScribe provides AI-powered audio transcription, meeting summarization, live insights, and team collaboration features. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to updates, feature modifications, or temporary maintenance windows. We reserve the right to limit access or deprecate legacy feature segments with reasonable notice.
MintScribe handles raw audio streams and voice print processing. When recording conversations or meetings, you represent and warrant that:
You have obtained explicit consent from all meeting participants before initiating any audio capture, stream, or transcription. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal wiretapping and consent laws (including all-party or two-party consent jurisdictions).
MintScribe LLC disclaims all liability resulting from your failure to obtain required recording consent.
**Billing Quotas**: Your usage limits are defined by your active plan level:
**Seat Allocations**: Team workspaces are billed per seat. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing active licenses. Adding members automatically triggers an allocation adjustment and prorated billing updates via Stripe.
**Payments**: Billing operations are managed via Stripe. Unpaid or failed subscription status limits personal usage back to the Free plan limits. Subscription resets occur on your monthly billing anniversary date.
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of your audio, transcripts, notes, and generated summaries. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver transcription and diarization results.
Platform IP: MintScribe branding, visual design, custom UI components, and software are the intellectual property of MintScribe LLC. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintScribe LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, transcription inaccuracies, or billing errors. AI-generated summaries and outlines are tools to assist readability; you should verify all high-stakes details against the original audio.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
